- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic; sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to casserole dish, top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden. Cool slightly before serving.

- Use turkey sausage for a lighter option.
- Serve with crusty bread or over pasta for a complete meal.
