- 2 medium-sized lobster tails
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 500°F (200°C).
- Cut the top shell of each lobster tail using kitchen scissors, stopping before the tail end. Pull the meat gently out and place on top of the shell.
- Whisk together melted butter, garlic, parsley, pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the lobster tails generously with the garlic butter, reserving some for serving.
- Broil for 6–8 minutes until lobster meat is opaque and reaches 140–145°F internal temperature.
- Serve immediately with remaining garlic butter for dipping.
Notes
- Garnish with additional chopped parsley for color and freshness.
- Use a cooking thermometer to ensure proper doneness.
