  • 2 medium-sized lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 500°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the top shell of each lobster tail using kitchen scissors, stopping before the tail end. Pull the meat gently out and place on top of the shell.
  3. Whisk together melted butter, garlic, parsley, pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Brush the lobster tails generously with the garlic butter, reserving some for serving.
  5. Broil for 6–8 minutes until lobster meat is opaque and reaches 140–145°F internal temperature.
  6. Serve immediately with remaining garlic butter for dipping.
