- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup hot honey (or regular honey with a touch of hot sauce)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; rub evenly over chicken breasts.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove skillet from heat and sprinkle crumbled feta over chicken.
- Drizzle hot honey generously over feta-covered chicken.
- Transfer skillet to oven; bake 15–20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and feta slightly browned.
- Remove from oven, rest for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- For homemade hot honey, mix regular honey with hot sauce or chili flakes.
- Pairs well with a light green salad or roasted vegetables.
- Leftover chicken can be shredded for sandwiches or salads.
- Adjust spiciness of hot honey to taste.
