- 1/2 cup chopped apple
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 drop lemon juice
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (for crumble)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp nut butter (almond or peanut)
- 1 tsp milk or water
- 1/4 cup oats (rolled)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix chopped apple, cinnamon, lemon juice, and 1 tbsp protein powder. Spread in a ramekin.
- Mix oats, nut butter, remaining protein powder, milk or water, and salt until crumbly. Adjust liquid if needed.
- Sprinkle crumble over apples. Bake 20 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Cool slightly and serve. Optional: top with ice cream, whipped cream, or extra nut butter.
Notes
- For richer flavor, use almond butter. Peanut butter works too.
