  • Lemon Sauce: 6 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 5 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp unsalted butter, 6 garlic cloves minced
  • For serving: 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pat cod dry. Mix flour and spices for coating.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, and melted butter. Add minced garlic.
  3. Dip cod in lemon-garlic sauce, dredge in flour-spice mix. Heat 2 tbsp oil in oven-safe skillet, sear cod 2 minutes per side.
  4. Pour remaining lemon-garlic sauce over cod, bake 8-10 minutes until opaque and flakes easily.
  5. Sprinkle parsley and serve with pan juices.
