- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- Fresh parsley, to garnish

Instructions
- Grate Parmesan cheese and set aside to reach room temperature.
- Melt 2 tbsp butter in large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth, optional seasonings, and slowly add milk while stirring; bring to a boil.
- Add angel hair pasta, break if needed; simmer 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then reduce heat to low.
- Add remaining 1 tbsp butter and toss. Gradually sprinkle in Parmesan, stirring until smooth.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

- Ensure liquid is boiling before adding pasta for proper consistency.
- Use freshly grated high-quality Parmesan for best melt and flavor.
- Add cheese gradually and off heat if the base is too hot to prevent grainy sauce.
