- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 preferred)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can (8-count) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
- Prep the dough: Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a 4-inch circle.
- Assemble the bombs: Place ~1½ tbsp beef in the center of each biscuit. Top with a pinch of cheddar. Gather dough edges around filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Make garlic butter: Stir melted butter and minced garlic together. Brush over each bomb.
- Add Parmesan: Sprinkle grated Parmesan evenly on top.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Cool 2–3 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
