These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are gooey, golden, and perfect for game day. Juicy ground beef, melted cheddar, and a crispy biscuit crust combine for the ultimate handheld treat. Easy to prep and bake.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 8 bombs 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 preferred)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (8-count) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
  3. Prep the dough: Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a 4-inch circle.
  4. Assemble the bombs: Place ~1½ tbsp beef in the center of each biscuit. Top with a pinch of cheddar. Gather dough edges around filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  5. Make garlic butter: Stir melted butter and minced garlic together. Brush over each bomb.
  6. Add Parmesan: Sprinkle grated Parmesan evenly on top.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Cool 2–3 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
