Instructions

  1. Prep steak: Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat pan: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear steak: Cook steak cubes 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove to a plate.
  4. Make garlic butter: Lower heat to medium, add butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Stir 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Combine: Return steak to skillet, toss to coat in garlic butter 1–2 minutes.
  6. Add Parmesan: Sprinkle over steak bites, toss evenly, cook 30 seconds more.
  7. Serve: Transfer to plate, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
