- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, minced (or use garlic powder)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or according to your dough package.
- Cook beef in a skillet until browned. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface. Sprinkle cheddar evenly across.
- Spoon beef over cheddar, then sprinkle mozzarella on top.
- Roll dough into a log, pinching seam to seal.
- Brush with melted garlic butter.
- Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake 18–20 minutes, until golden.
- Rest 5 minutes, then slice and serve hot.
