- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Instructions
- Mix softened butter, garlic powder, and parsley in a small bowl.
- Spread garlic butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.
- Place two slices butter-side down on skillet, add half the cheese to each, and top with remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
- Cook over low heat 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve immediately while hot.
