- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (for au jus)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (for au jus)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay tortillas flat and layer roast beef and shredded cheese down the center of each.
- Roll tortillas tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and cheese is melted.
- Meanwhile, prepare au jus by simmering beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for 5–7 minutes.
- Slice roll ups and serve warm with au jus for dipping.
Notes
- Use provolone for classic flavor or mozzarella for extra gooey roll ups.
- Low-carb tortillas or lettuce wraps work well for lighter options.
- Add jalapeños or hot sauce for a spicy version.
- Parchment paper makes cleanup quick and easy.
