Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, grated ginger, sesame oil, and Sriracha. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef, breaking it into small pieces, and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Pour the prepared sauce over the beef and stir well. Add spiralized zucchini and chopped green onions, mixing together.
  5. Simmer for 2 minutes until zucchini is heated through.
  6. Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and extra green onions if desired.
