- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
Instructions
- Combine flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil; mix to form a dough.
- Knead dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Let dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Punch down dough and roll out into a rectangle.
- Spread garlic, herbs, and cheese evenly over dough.
- Roll dough tightly and pinch edges to seal.
- Place in greased loaf pan and let rise 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Cool before slicing and serving.
