- 200 grams Rice Noodles or Egg Noodles
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Fresh grated Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
- 2 stalks Green Onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Add chicken to skillet and stir-fry 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Pour sauce over chicken and simmer 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Add noodles, toss to combine, and heat for 2 additional minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
Use fresh garlic and ginger for vibrant flavors. Rinse noodles to prevent clumping. Adjust spice level with red chili flakes or sriracha.
