Instructions
- Sauté ground beef with garlic, soy sauce, and chili flakes until browned and flavorful.
- In same pan, sauté mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli, and red bell peppers in olive oil until tender-crisp.
- Prepare white rice as a base for the bowl.
- Assemble bowl with rice, ground beef, and sautéed veggies arranged in sections.
- Optionally, drizzle extra sauce or sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
