- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cooked rice (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Lightly grease the slow cooker with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream in a medium bowl, then pour over the chicken.
- Gently place broccoli florets on top of the chicken and cream mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours until chicken is tender and cooked through.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in cooked rice (if using) and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top, cover, and cook an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Stir everything together and serve warm.

- You can add different vegetables or spices according to your taste. This dish pairs well with crusty bread.
