Instructions
- Place stew meat in a slow cooker and season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, onion soup mix, beef broth, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and cornstarch; whisk until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours until beef is tender.
- Serve over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.

- For extra flavor, serve with fresh parsley or sautéed vegetables.
- Use low-sodium broth to control salt content.
