- 1 ½ pounds salmon (4 filets, cubed)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ¼ cup hot honey
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil and spices. Toss in salmon cubes until evenly coated.
- Arrange salmon in the air fryer basket in an even layer and cook for 9-10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 140-145°F.
- Meanwhile, melt butter and hot honey in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Toss the cooked salmon bites in the hot honey glaze and garnish with parsley before serving.

- Serve as appetizers, main courses, or snacks.
- For extra flavor, drizzle more hot honey when serving.
- Adjust spice level by using more or less paprika and hot honey.
