  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and grease an 8½x4½-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and honey. Add eggs, mashed bananas, milk, and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix just until combined.
  5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and add any desired toppings.
  6. Bake for 50–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
