Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Gently fold in the graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  7. Spread half of the cookie dough mixture into the prepared baking pan, pressing it down evenly.
  8. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows over the cookie layer, then add the remaining dough and spread gently.
  9. Top with additional chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
  11. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
