Instructions
- In a large sauté pan, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat; set aside and reserve grease.
- Sauté diced onion in the same pan until soft, then add minced garlic.
- Sprinkle flour into the pan, stir for a minute, then gradually add beef broth and bring to boil.
- Stir in tomato sauce, seasonings, and pasta; cover and simmer until pasta is tender.
- Mix in heavy cream and cheese until melted; return cooked beef to the pan and heat through.
