- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing, Parmesan, croutons, and black pepper. Set aside.
- Pat chicken dry. Rub with olive oil and seasonings. Let sit 10 min.
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high (~400°F / 200°C). Grill chicken 5–6 min per side until 165°F internal temp. Rest 3 min, then slice.
- Arrange salad on platter. Top with sliced chicken. Optionally add extra Parmesan, dressing, or lemon wedge before serving.
Notes
- Marinate chicken 30 min with lemon juice for extra flavor.
- Add anchovies for authentic Caesar taste.
