Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing, Parmesan, croutons, and black pepper. Set aside.
  2. Pat chicken dry. Rub with olive oil and seasonings. Let sit 10 min.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high (~400°F / 200°C). Grill chicken 5–6 min per side until 165°F internal temp. Rest 3 min, then slice.
  4. Arrange salad on platter. Top with sliced chicken. Optionally add extra Parmesan, dressing, or lemon wedge before serving.

Notes

  • Marinate chicken 30 min with lemon juice for extra flavor.
  • Add anchovies for authentic Caesar taste.
