Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Add chicken, tomatoes, zucchini, and red onion to the dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil, season with oregano, salt, and pepper, then toss to combine.
- Add tzatziki sauce and mix gently to coat.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with feta cheese, and serve hot.
