- 2 cups cooked chicken (about 300g)
- 2 cups fresh spinach (about 60g)
- 1 cup mushrooms (about 70g)
- 1 cup cream cheese (about 240g)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 120g)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (about 50g)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil (about 15ml)
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the mushrooms until softened.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, sautéed mushrooms, chopped spinach, cream cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Use softened cream cheese for easier mixing and a creamier texture.
- Experiment with different cheeses such as gouda or fontina for a unique flavor.
