Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and sugar. Form a well in the center.
  2. Add eggs, liquid coffee creamer, melted butter, and vanilla extract into the well. Using a fork, blend until a smooth batter forms.
  3. Gently stir diced cherries and mini chocolate chips into the batter until evenly distributed.
  4. Preheat and lightly grease the waffle iron. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the heated plates. Cook until waffles are golden and set, according to waffle iron instructions.
