- 1 chicken breast, cut into bite-size cubes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp butter
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 tsp butter (for toasting)
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, garlic, and lemon juice. Set aside.
- Season chicken with garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
- Warm tortillas.
- Spread sauce on tortillas, add parsley, chicken, cheeses, and green onions.
- Roll wraps tightly.
- Toast wraps in buttered pan until lightly crisp and cheese melts.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Best enjoyed fresh while the wrap is warm and cheese is melted.
- Leftovers can be stored and gently reheated.
