Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast, cut into bite-size cubes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tsp butter (for toasting)
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, garlic, and lemon juice. Set aside.
  2. Season chicken with garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
  4. Warm tortillas.
  5. Spread sauce on tortillas, add parsley, chicken, cheeses, and green onions.
  6. Roll wraps tightly.
  7. Toast wraps in buttered pan until lightly crisp and cheese melts.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
