- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb / 450g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger, and honey (if using).
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then coat with the sauce mixture.
- Place chicken in air fryer and cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Season Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add Brussels sprouts to the air fryer and cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Let chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice.
- Serve chicken with Brussels sprouts and drizzle extra sauce if desired.
Notes
- Add extra sweet chili sauce for more flavor.
- Can substitute chicken thighs or pork tenderloin.
- Adjust sweetness or spice by modifying chili sauce or honey.
