Instructions
- Add salmon cubes to a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Add melted butter, lemon juice, and minced garlic to the bowl and mix well.
- Line the air fryer basket to catch the sauce.
- Place salmon and sauce into the basket without overcrowding.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5–7 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve immediately and drizzle remaining lemon garlic butter on top.

- Use ghee or olive oil instead of butter for a Whole30 option.
- Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
