Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil with salt, oregano, paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder to form a paste.
- Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the seasoning paste.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 370°F (188°C) for 10 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 4–8 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Tent with foil and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- If using Diamond kosher salt, increase to 1 teaspoon due to lower sodium content.
- Cooking time may vary depending on chicken thickness.
- Try using this method for chicken thighs as well for a juicier option.
