Instructions
- Ensure mashed potatoes are chilled and firm before starting.
- In a large bowl, mix mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, Parmesan, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch balls. If sticky, lightly dampen hands.
- Coat each ball evenly in breadcrumbs.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease the basket.
- Place balls in the basket without overcrowding.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
