Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- Beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate and caramel chips.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions onto cookie sheets, spacing apart. Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake 8-10 minutes until edges are set. Cool on wire racks.
