- 1 pound salmon, skin removed
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, freshly minced
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, kosher salt, chili powder, and onion powder to make the spice blend.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and Sriracha.
- Cut salmon into bite-sized chunks and toss with the spice blend.
- Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon in a single layer.
- Flip salmon after 1 minute and pour the glaze over them. Cook another minute.
- Stir salmon and glaze together, cooking for an additional 60–90 seconds until the sauce thickens.
- Let salmon bites rest for 2–3 minutes before serving warm.

- Serve with jasmine rice or sautéed vegetables for a complete meal.
- Ensure salmon is cut into uniform pieces for even cooking.
