  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, freshly minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, kosher salt, chili powder, and onion powder to make the spice blend.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and Sriracha.
  3. Cut salmon into bite-sized chunks and toss with the spice blend.
  4. Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon in a single layer.
  5. Flip salmon after 1 minute and pour the glaze over them. Cook another minute.
  6. Stir salmon and glaze together, cooking for an additional 60–90 seconds until the sauce thickens.
  7. Let salmon bites rest for 2–3 minutes before serving warm.
