Ingredients

- 3 packages cheddar pierogies, frozen
- 4 cups chicken broth, divided
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a 4-6 quart crockpot, combine 3 cups chicken broth, frozen pierogies, sliced kielbasa, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Distribute evenly.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, warm the cream cheese with the remaining 1 cup chicken broth until smooth.
- Stir the cream cheese mixture into the crockpot and sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar on top.
- Cover and cook on low for another 30 minutes.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with green onions.
