Ingredients

- 3 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, for searing
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 oz envelope au jus gravy
- 1 oz envelope ranch seasoning mix
- 1 stick butter (8 tablespoons)
- 1 cup low sodium or unsalted beef broth
- 1 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice
Instructions
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Sear steak bites 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Transfer to crockpot.
- Add onions, garlic, au jus gravy, ranch seasoning, butter, pepperoncini peppers with juice, and beef broth on top of steak.
- Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
- Stir before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the steak overnight before cooking.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice for a complete meal.
