Ingredients

  • 1 oz envelope au jus gravy
  • 1 oz envelope ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 stick butter (8 tablespoons)
  • 1 cup low sodium or unsalted beef broth
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice

Instructions

  1. Heat skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Sear steak bites 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Transfer to crockpot.
  2. Add onions, garlic, au jus gravy, ranch seasoning, butter, pepperoncini peppers with juice, and beef broth on top of steak.
  3. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
  4. Stir before serving.
