Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites are quick, flavorful salmon pieces baked to golden perfection and tossed in a tangy, spicy Bang Bang sauce. Perfect as an appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh, skinless salmon fillet
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg (or flax egg for vegan option)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Bang Bang Sauce: 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce, 1 tbsp sriracha, 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Optional garnish: 2 tbsp chopped scallions, 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut salmon into 1-inch bite-sized pieces.
  3. Combine Panko with salt and pepper in a shallow bowl.
  4. Dip salmon pieces in beaten egg, then coat with Panko, place on lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown and internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice for the Bang Bang sauce.
  7. Drizzle or toss baked salmon bites in sauce. Garnish with scallions or sesame seeds and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Serve immediately after coating in sauce for best crunch.
  • Optional: Serve with lime wedges for extra zing.
