Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb medium to large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 2 tablespoons flour for extra crispiness
- Fresh lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat shrimp dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Optionally coat lightly with flour.
- Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overlap.

- Remove shrimp and squeeze fresh lemon juice over them.
- Serve immediately as an appetizer or main course.
Notes
- Frozen shrimp should be thawed and patted dry before cooking.
- Experiment with seasonings such as Cajun, lemon pepper, or garlic-herb blends.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days; reheat in air fryer for best results.
