- 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
- ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup grated parmesan
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional, for heat)
- 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set to 200°C (400°F).
- Cook Garlic: In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Make Creamy Base: Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese, whisking until smooth. Add parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it thicken slightly.
- Assemble: Place shrimp in a baking dish, pour the sauce over, and sprinkle mozzarella on top.
- Bake: Cook for 12–15 minutes until shrimp are pink and cheese is bubbly golden.
- Finish: Garnish with parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
Notes
- For extra golden cheese, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
- Add spinach or mushrooms for a veggie twist.
- Pairs perfectly with pasta, garlic bread, or steamed rice.
