Are you a fan of the classic Big Mac but looking for a fun, easy, and delicious way to enjoy it? Look no further than these homemade Big Mac Wraps! These wraps combine all the iconic flavors of the famous burger, from the juicy beef to the creamy special sauce, all wrapped up in a soft tortilla.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 wraps 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dill pickle slices (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, chopped pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate while you prepare the rest of the dish.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened. Add the ground beef, breaking it into crumbles. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them easier to fold. Spread a generous layer of the special sauce on each tortilla. Add a portion of the cooked ground beef. Top with shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and pickle slices (if using).
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to form a wrap. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Fresh lettuce and cheese make a big difference!
  • Adjust the sauce to your taste—add more mustard for tang or extra pickles for crunch.
  • Make it spicy by adding a dash of hot sauce or some jalapeños.
  • Use lean ground beef to keep the wraps from getting too greasy.
