- 2 cups (140 g) thinly sliced red cabbage
- 1 large carrot, julienned
- ¼ cup (15 g) freshly chopped cilantro
- 1 recipe Bang Bang sauce, divided
- 1 recipe Bang Bang chicken, prepared and warm (or store-bought breaded chicken tenders/patties)
- 4 hamburger buns, toasted
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, cilantro, and ¼ cup Bang Bang sauce until evenly coated.
- Place 2-3 chicken tenders on the bottom half of each toasted bun.
- Add about ¼ cup of the cabbage mixture on top of the chicken.
- Drizzle more Bang Bang sauce over the cabbage.
- Place the top half of the bun on each sandwich and serve immediately.

- Adjust sauce to taste for extra spice or sweetness.
