This Bang Bang Chicken Sandwich combines crispy, spicy chicken tenders with a slaw of red cabbage, carrots, and cilantro, all topped with Bang Bang sauce on toasted buns. A little heat, sweetness, and crunch in every bite!

Ingredients

  • 1 large carrot, julienned
  • ¼ cup (15 g) freshly chopped cilantro
  • 1 recipe Bang Bang sauce, divided
  • 1 recipe Bang Bang chicken, prepared and warm (or store-bought breaded chicken tenders/patties)
  • 4 hamburger buns, toasted

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, cilantro, and ¼ cup Bang Bang sauce until evenly coated.
  2. Place 2-3 chicken tenders on the bottom half of each toasted bun.
  3. Add about ¼ cup of the cabbage mixture on top of the chicken.
  4. Drizzle more Bang Bang sauce over the cabbage.
  5. Place the top half of the bun on each sandwich and serve immediately.
