  • 8 oz garlic & herb Boursin cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place salmon fillets in dish, skin side down, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread Boursin cheese generously over each fillet.
  4. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with olive oil, parsley, and thyme until well-coated.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture evenly over the Boursin-covered salmon.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
