Golden, crispy portobello mushrooms coated in ranch-seasoned breading and perfectly air fried for a delicious appetizer.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon garlic and onion seasoning
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ¾ cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
  • 8 ounces portobello mushroom caps, cleaned
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with 4 shallow dishes: milk; flour + seasoning; ranch dressing; panko + dry ranch mix.
  3. Dip each mushroom: milk → flour → ranch dressing → panko mixture. Place in air fryer basket and spray with nonstick spray.
  4. Air fry until golden, about 7 minutes.
